[Besides|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-17479] scanning indexes
and locking indexes and index keys, it's required to update indexes: insert,
upset or remove keys. So that it's required to add corresponding logic into
partition listener (raft state machine) that will prepare, commit or abort such
index rows.
