Description:
Currently {{RocksDbMvPartitionStorage#destroy}} method returns a
CompletableFuture that is immediately completed after the data has been written
to the memtable. Instead, it should only complete after the data has been
flushed to the disk.
There's also another issue that {{RocksDbMvPartitionStorage}} is not closed
after {{destroy}} is called, which is a resource leak.
