According to
[IEP|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IGNITE/IEP-88%3A+CLI+Tool],
every CLI command option should have both long and short versions.
Add short version {{-u}} to URL options.
Use {{-c -p -r -j}} for {{-config --port --rest-port --join}} in {{{}node
start{}}}, respectively.
Use {{-m -c -n}} for {{-meta-storage-node --cmg-node --cluster-name}} in
{{cluster init}}, respectively.
