Client need to get and verify cluster ID on handshake as described in
[IEP-90|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IGNITE/IEP-90+Client+Lifecycle]
to make sure all servers it connects to are from the same cluster. This is
especially important during connection restoration.
