Description:
Currently only few aspects of query processing are covered in README.md.
Besides, the information seems a little bi outdated.
Let's improve this by adding more details describing every phase of query
processing, as well as by making the existent part more accurate.
Seems an effort required to do it at once is really huge, so let's do it step
by step by filing corresponding subtask.
We could start with describing a birds-eye view on whole process of query
execution, and then proceed with more detailed desription of each stage.
