{{RocksDbSortedIndexStorageTest.testBoundsAndOrder}} test is flaky. The
probable reason is that the internal comparator incorrectly compares tuple
prefixes and regular tuples: a prefix can never be equal to a tuple, it must
always be treated as a smaller value.
