Currently, WAL only track single record integrity.
So, if next record can't be read from the segment it treats as the segment end.
Iterator just goes to the next segment.
In incremental snapshot component we must be sure that every WAL segment not
corrupted. Otherwise recovery can't be finished.
So incremental snapshot subsystem must provide segments integrity checks.
