Description:
32-bit test config files are not needed anymore, as we do not run them anyway.
Remove them.
Configs can be found at:
* $IGNITE_HOME/modules/platforms/cpp/core-test/config/*-32.xml
* $IGNITE_HOME/modules/platforms/cpp/odbc-test/config/*-32.xml
* $IGNITE_HOME/modules/platforms/cpp/thin-client-test/config/*-32.xml
After all *-32.xml configs are removed, 64 and *-default.xml configs should be
united and
