Description:
The ItTablePersistenceTest is disabled. Need to update ItTablePersistenceTest
to use Replica layer with new transaction protocol. Now components (for example
TxStateTableStorage, ReplicaService) of InternalTableImpl and TxManagerImpl are
mocked or null.
Also ItTablePersistenceTest cannot be enabled because MvPartitionStorage hasn't
supported snapshots yet https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-16644
