Description:
Need to analyze SQL standard and check which Mandatory features SQL engine in
Apache Ignite 3.0 support and which not.
As a result, it requires create a document with proposed structure:
feature id, feature name, sub feature id, sub feature name, is supported, link
to existing tests, comments
As basis standard let's use ISO/IEC 9075 2016
Support of Optional features will be investigated under separate ticket
