Description:
h3. Motivation
This thicket is about reaction to distribution zone reconfiguration events
(adding, updating, removing). DistributionConfiguratoinManager should register
corresponding configuration listeners with an appropriate handlers that will
recalculate dataNodes for added/updated distribution zones or remove keys for
dropped ones.
h3. Definition of Done
* DataNodes keys in meta storage are updated for each distribution zone along
with triggerRevision helper key as a result of distribution zones creation,
update or drop.
