I've checked C++ module in Apache Ignite 3 beta1 RC2
(https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/ignite/3.0.0-beta1-rc2/apache-ignite-3.0.0-beta1-cpp.zip).
Found no issues with building the module and running tests but DEVNOTES.md
needs the following clarification of section "Build Java".
* it is not clear whether a user needs to build the Java part of the project to
run C++ tests.
* `mvn` is deprecated in favor of `gradle` so `DEVNOTES.md` should not mention
`mvn`.
