Create a simple smock ducktest for the CDC functionality.
In particular test the ignite-cdc.sh is invokable and functioning.
Cover 2 cases (of total 3):
* Ignite-to-Ignite
* Ignite-to-IgniteClient
Note, the Ignite-to-Kafka case is out of scope of this ticket (possible until
ignite-extensions would be supported in ducktests).
