Description:
# Cluster contains of some server baseline nodes and client node
# Snapshot has started and failed on any of baseline nodes
# Every node in cluster handles this error in
IgniteSnapshotManager#initLocalSnapshotEndStage
# In this method node tries to delete snapshot files created on start stage
# Client node fails with AssertionError due to locSnpDir is null on client
nodes. Also FailureHandle invokes on this error (because this error is part of
discovery thread)
Also in case assertions is disabled, then instead the AssertionError client
node will throw NPE.

Also in case assertions is disabled, then instead the AssertionError client
node tries to remove files from work directory: $IGNITE_HOME/snapshotName, if
snapshot path is not specified. Then snapshot might drop some unexpected files.
