IGNITE-18092 introduced a workaround for the assemble task which automatically
depends on the artifacts built by other tasks. When working on IGNITE-18418 it
was found that if artifacts depend on the task directly, not through the
builtBy method, the artifact is not built with the assemble task. We need to
investigate the possibility to remove the workaround - maybe simple copy task
will suffice?
