control.sh should provide an util for checking incremental snapshots:
# It should parse specified snapshot on every node, prepare collection of
transactions and participated nodes
# all participated nodes must approve the transaction. (or coordinator must
validate collections from every node).
Check whether this check can be embedded in existing snapshot check commads.
