Description: We need to add information about timeouts configuration for
CDC through Kafka. (was: Currently, CDC documentation [1, 2] has no
information about binary types and mappings replication.
Particularly, features from a below list should be noticed:
# For ordering guarantees CDC trough Kafka requires metadata topic with the
only one partition.
# Add properties description:
