Test {{CacheMetricsForClusterGroupSelfTest.testMetricsStatisticsEnabled}} fails 
due to two reasons:
 # Last started node assumed to be non affinity node (it was daemon node, but 
become regular server node after IGNITE-18304)
 # Sometimes intermediate metrics state is cought by metrics snapshot
