Summary: Move test related entry point to testFixtures

Currently, org.apache.ignite.Ignition org.apache.ignite.IgnitionManager
contains different methods but not all methods related to production and used
only in test. Need to separate test methods to testFixtures and leave only
production related enties on production code.
