Practical aspects of B+ trees
Many engineers are familiar with B+ tree data structure and its application
inside DBMS. But how does it work internally in order to provide concurrency,
reliability, high throughput and all the other great features? In the talk
Nikolay will try to give brief overview of methods and tweaks from real-world
