*Problem*
We have a feature called "default path modes". When IGFS is started, it creates
several special folder for each mode (PRIMARY, DUAL_SYNC, DUAL_ASYNC, PROXY).
Our idea was that it would be convenient for users. However, in reality users
are almost never need any of these directories, but:
1) It degrades Hadoop file system performance, as a path with "PROXY" mode
forces secondary file system creation on the client.
2) It degrades path mode resolution performance on the server because we always
has at least 4 modes to compare against.
*Solution*
Switch default flag for this property to false.
