Description:
IGNITE-18033 introduced 2 new method overloads in the {{StorageUpdateHandler}}
with a new argument -- GC low watermark. This is needed for the cooperative GC
(GC that is done just before the storage update). We need to make use of this
arguments in the actual business logic
