The following statement crashes :-
  
              var cache = ignite.GetOrCreateCache<object, object>(new 
CacheConfiguration
                {
                    Name = _cacheName,
                    QueryEntities = new[]
                    {
                        new QueryEntity(typeof(string), typeof(Order))
                    }
                });
The problem seems to be with the entity name - "Order". The stack trace shows 
problem with a CREATE TABLE statement. Possible conflict with SQL keyword ORDER.
