Summary: Support of multiple data storages for 1 distribution zone

Different tables from 1 distribution zones can request the different storage
types. So:
* TableConfiguration must has compound reference (zoneId, dataStorageName)
* DistributionZoneConfiguration must have the ability to manage multiple
dataStorages instead of one
