Description:
Implements DatabaseMetadata.

with new commands.
Take a look at the common approach for the metadata / view at the Ignite 2.x:
{{{}SystemViewRowAttributeWalker{}}}, {{{}SchemaManager{}}}. Looks like we
should use best practice from Ignite 2.x..
