Currently, a user just gets an error, if tries to contest a node via HTTPS
without SSL settings.
The CLI should ask a user to set SSL settings if gets an error on a call:
# Set trust store path
# Set trust store password
# Set key store path
# Set key store password
Save provided values to the config and repeat the call.
