Running
{{unit deploy --path file --cluster-endpoint-url http://no-such-host.com id}}
shows the empty progressbar

?/s}}
followed by the error
{{Unknown host: http://no-such-host.com}}.
We should improve error detection and don't show the progress bar in cases when
the error is shown right away.
