Summary: Revise CLI update operations to use standard sign of
successful operation

Currently, some "update" operations in the CLI print "Done" upon successful
completion, while others print "Node configuration was updated successfully".
This inconsistency in messaging can lead to confusion.
To improve the consistency of messaging and the overall user experience, it is
suggested to revise all places where we print sentences after an update
operation and use a single standard sign of successful operation. This standard
sign can be an existing sign such as "Done" or a new one that is easy to
understand and consistent across all update operations.
