We have disabled test
org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.IgniteSqlApiTest#testMetadata.
Currently, it uses just mocks to check something which is not clear to me, Need
to think should we have such tests at all. In case it is useful rewrite it, or
remove it all.
