Description: If transaction timeouts, we log this ussue: transaction id,
version, initiator node and other similar info. But there is no information of
unresponded nodes which couldn't prepare transaction or take the related locks
([1]). There is monitoring of long running transaction. We might add
unresponded/timeouted nodes the log to simplify investigation. (was: If
