As of now we support in AI 3 one character type which looks as semi varying
character and semi national varying character type. SQLStandart define few
types CHARACTER, CHARACTER VARYING, CHARACTER LARGE OBJECT; NATIONAL CHARACTER,
NATIONAL CHARACTER VARYING, and NATIONAL CHARACTER LARGE OBJECT.
Let's investigate how current type could be used in case of migration from
different type on of another database like PG or Oracle also prepare set of
tickets to have full support SQL Standart for character strings types.
