Dynamic parameters. Inferred types of dynamic parameters are not used by the
execution runtime] introduced additional type checking for dynamic parameters
and added validation checks, that throw exceptions, to IgniteTypeCoercion. It
would be better that those checks would be part of IgniteSqlValidation (if it
