After [1] was merged the only place where _waitForIndex_ is used remains
ItBuildIndexTest#createIndex [2]. Seems it can`t be easily removed, cause it
leads to “No such partition 0 in table“ exception. It can be reproduced locally
by running ItBuildIndexTest until failure on 5+ iteration. Also seems this
utility method used not for its intended purpose.
