Description: {{RaftManager#startRaftGroupNode}} with 4 parameters is
different from its overloads: it actually blocks until the Raft log is applied,
which exactly what {{startRaftGroupNodeAndWaitNodeReadyFuture}} methods do.
This method must be renamed.
