Description:
Now there is a problem due to the fact that the configuration completes the
*VersionedValue* on updating the revision of the metastore, even if no changes
were received for the configuration.
Especially now it manifests itself when, for example, we add a table to the
catalog and while listening to this event we try to update any
*VersionedValue*, we get an error because the version has already been compiled.
was:To switch the *IndexManager* to catalog events, I need to get the table
descriptor from the catalog from the index creation event by the table ID and
catalog version.
