Since Ignite 3 is still in the state of active development, it would be great
to make nightly builds [1] of Apache Ignite 3 to publish JAR artifacts into
Apache Snapshots repository [2]. Apache Ignite 2 snapshots are already there,
why not to do the same for Ignite 3? It would greatly help perform continuous
testing of nightly builds.
