Description: {{SchemaManager#tableSchema()}} is only used by
{{SchemaRegistryImpl}}, so it can be moved to the latter. Also, it uses
{{registriesVv}} to get the registry, but the registry is already available.
This code can be greatly simplified using {{PendingComparableValuesTracker}}.
