Description:
After removing complex objects between MAP/REDUCE phase cost computations
changed and some plans that were expected to choose MAP/REDUCE aggregates are
now choose colocated aggregations or exchange is moved prior to MAP phase, and
not inserted MAP/REDUCE phases.
