During the implementation of IGNITE-20114, it was discovered:
* Filter is not checked when creating/changing a zone;
* It is not possible to specify storage when creating/changing a zone;
* There is no field validation as in the configuration;
* Perhaps there are other differences other than configuration.
Some code refactoring in related classes may be needed.
