Description:
During the implementation of IGNITE-20114, the following necessary improvements
were discovered:
* Getting a zone from a catalog by ID and catalog version;
* Getting zones from a catalog by catalog version;
* Default zone has no data storage;
* If possible, improve the method of adding a catalog event listener, make it
more generically;
* Create zone change listener in catalog and its fields;
* Add the ability to specify a data storage to the zone creation command in the
conversion from dll.
