Description:
See IGNITE-19601. We agreed to remove port range from client connector, the
same should be done for REST connector:
* Usually we know the exact port both on client and on server
* Other products don't have port ranges, this is unusual for the users to see
* It brings additional complexity and issues (see IGNITE-19571)
