Description: CatalogTables interface and its implementations must be
removed after the switch to the Catalog is finiahed (IGNITE-19499,
IGNITE-19502) and there are no more configuration-defined table IDs;
invocations of its methods should be replaced with directly invoking the
corresponding methods of CatalogService. (was: CatalogTables interface and its
