At the moment,
*org.apache.ignite.internal.sql.engine.ItBuildIndexTest#testChangePrimaryReplicaOnMiddleBuildIndex*
is not easy to fix, since we do not have the ability to change the leaseholder
in the middle of building the index, such an opportunity should appear
IGNITE-20365.
