In IGNITE-20537, `implicit()` flag is added to {{{}InternalTransaction{}}}. On
the other hand, in {{SqlProcessor}} the {{implicit}} flag is defined on a
special wrapper ( {{QueryTransactionWrapper}} ). It seems we should align the
approaches.
