Description:
h3. Motivation
ensureReplicaIsPrimary by design should check whether replica is primary
instead of await one, thus corresponding awaitPrimaryReplica call within
BuildIndexReplicaRequest processing should be substituted with
getPrimaryReplica counterpart. Please be aware that getPrimaryReplica may
return null if there's no primary replica for the requested point in time.
