h3. *Motivation*
After https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-20631 will be implemented,
and after we remove creation of default zone on a Catalog manager start in this
ticket, tests that use default zone will start to fail, and we need to provide
a way to use init script with default zone setting in those tests
