ignitetest.tests.control_utility.perf_stat_test fails sometimes.

It's because ContinuousDataLoadApplication fails sometimes to warmup in default 
60 seconds timeout (warmup consists of loading of 100_000 entries). At the same 
time it postpones the IGNITE_APPLICATION_INITIALIZED event until warmup 
complete. So test thinks application can not start and fails.

As a solution the number of warmup entries can be safely reduced for this test.
