h3. Motivation
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-20685 will send initiate recovery
replica request that should be properly handled in order to detect whether
transaction is finished and rollback it if it's abandoned. Abonded means that
transaction is in pending state however tx coordinator is dead.
