There's a public API {{Table}} and {{IgniteTables}} and corresponding internal
{{TableImpl}} {{IgniteTablesInternal}} but the {{TableImpl}} is not an
interface which leaks to other modules and complicates further refactorings. We
should extract an interface from it.
