Summary: Remove outdated schemas stored in SchemaManager

When a schema version is not needed (that is, no tuple can be written in this
schema AND no tuple exists in the storage (that is written in this schema) that
can be read), it should be removed.
Only whole prefixes might be removed (so, if we must keep version N, then we
cannot remove versions N+).
